Denis Sheehy opened our doors with a vision: to provide honest, reliable service to everyone looking to buy, sell or rent property in Kinsale. Over the years, the business has grown and evolved and today continues to thrive under the guidance of Patricia O’Regan and Sinéad Sinnott, working on behalf of owners David and Cameron Good.

David Good, Director

As Director of Sheehy Brothers, David brings a steady, guiding hand to the business. With a focus on strategy, growth and maintaining the highest standards, he trusts and empowers the team to deliver outstanding results for clients. Under his leadership, Sheehy Brothers continues to thrive as Kinsale’s longest-established estate agency, combining decades of local knowledge with a commitment to service excellence.

David has been instrumental in the sale and acquisition of commercial and development land in recent years.



Patricia O’Regan, Senior Negotiator

Patricia has a degree in Property Valuation and Management and has been a key member of the team since joining Sheehy Brothers in 1996. Growing up in Kinsale and still living in the area with her family, Patricia brings not only a deep-rooted understanding of the local area but also three decades of hands-on experience in the property market.

Her expertise spans all aspects of residential and commercial property, including valuations, lettings and sales. Patricia has played an integral role in the successful marketing and sale of numerous high-end and luxury coastal homes, particularly in the Kinsale area, earning a strong reputation for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction.



Sinéad Sinnott, Senior Negotiator

With a lifelong love for property, Sinéad Sinnott joined Sheehy Brothers in 2017 and quickly became a valued member of the team. Having lived in Kinsale since 2010, she has developed a strong connection to the local community and an in-depth understanding of the area’s property market.

Sinéad gained hands-on experience across sales, lettings and property management and in 2020, she earned her PSRA licence with distinction, a testament to her dedication, professionalism and strong work ethic. Her commitment to continuous learning and her personable, client-focused approach saw her progress into the role of Sales Negotiator, where she now plays a central role in guiding clients through the buying, selling and rental process.



Áine Tierney, Office Administrator / Apprentice Negotiator

Originally from Kinsale and coming from a family background in the property industry, Áine Tierney brings a wealth of local knowledge and insight to her role. With over 20 years of experience in rental management and customer care roles across both the public and private sectors, Áine adds a wealth of practical knowledge and professionalism to the Sheehy Brothers team.

Dedicated to delivering a high standard of service, Áine continues to grow and thrive in her role, combining her local insight with a genuine commitment to helping people navigate the rental and property process with confidence and ease. She is currently completing her professional qualifications to become a licensed estate agent, while building valuable experience within our busy office.
