• The holiday homes are usually available from 4pm on date of arrival. The holiday homes must normally be vacated by 10am on departure day.
• A security deposit of €130 - €250 per holiday home per week is payable before arrival and a refund of this will be forwarded by post within ten days of departure, provided that the accommodation is left clean and tidy to the satisfaction of the owner/supervisor. Breakages and damage will be deducted from the security deposit, also a €30 fine for keys not returned.
• Electricity and/or oil charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking for any reason, at any stage of such booking.
• The owners and/or their agents may visit the holiday home at any reasonable time.
• No pets are allowed in the holiday homes or on the grounds at any time.
• Only the guests named on this form are allowed to avail of the accommodation booked. Any violation of clauses 7 or 8 will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• It is warranted that neither the owner nor the agent is liable for any accidents, damage, losses or breakages sustained by guests or their property.

A booking Deposit of €130 / €250 per holiday home per week is payable with the completed booking form. Cancellation should be given in writing by registered post, and if received more than four weeks from the date of arrival, only the booking deposit will be forfeited. If the notice is received between two to four weeks from the date of arrival, 50% of the total due will be charged. Notice received less than 2 weeks from date of arrival, 100% of total due will be charged. Travel insurance cover should be effected and extended to cover financial loss due to cancellation.
